How to help small business owners successfully pivot their marketing strategies in the midst of a global pandemic?
For many businesses hit by the economic impact of the coronavirus, 2020 accelerated their digital transformation, forcing business owners to revisit and even reimagine their digital strategies. It was all about pivoting in order to survive in the face of a global crisis. However, not all business owners had the tools and knowledge to do so.
To assist entrepreneurs and small business owners in these difficult times, we collaborated with community organizations in Toronto to facilitate webinars in both English and French. We also participated in the Digital Main Street program – a government-funded program that helps small main street businesses achieve digital transformation – by providing online marketing courses.
